Our advantage: We are a multifaceted neurology practice providing North County San Diego patients with not only wide-ranging general neurology care (headache, multiple sclerosis, seizures, stroke, brain injury, brain infections, Parkinson’s, movement disorders, and many others), but we are also the only comprehensive dementia and memory care clinic in the community and we now provide comprehensive neurocognitive concussion and traumatic brain injury outpatient care too! We are conveniently located in Poway/Rancho Bernardo across from Pomerado Hospital and also in Carlsbad near The Crossings Golf Course. We accept fees for service and most insurances and plans.

ABOUT THE DOCTOR: Dr. Gilbert Ho, Geriatric Neurologist and Director, has been practicing for more than 15 years and is trained in general neurology at UC Irvine and subspecialty fellowship trained in dementia and memory disorders/neurodegenerative diseases from UC San Diego.  He is an expert in all neurodegenerative disease care and published more than 30 scientific articles in the field.  He also runs PCND Neuroscience Research Institute (PNRI), a clinical and translational neuroscience research center to explore the cutting edge of possible diagnostic tools and treatments for Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and other related conditions.
